If a company wishes to conduct a meeting or event at the Orlando World Center Marriott during AMCP Nexus, there are different locations and opportunities available. Choose the option best for your organization.

Meeting Space in The Exchange
If you are a corporate member and exhibiting or sponsoring company and wish to secure private meeting space in the same room as the Exchange adjacent to the show floor, download the request form and contact Josh Maze (jmaze@amcp.org) for additional information.

Meeting Room Location within AMCP Contracted Space 
This meeting space is in a prime location in close proximity to AMCP scheduled events and in a high attendee traffic area.

Internal company meetings may be hosted within AMCP contracted space starting at 7:00am on Monday, October 22 through Thursday, October 25 at 11:00am. Meal functions, receptions and advisory boards may only be hosted outside of official AMCP scheduled events.

Permitted times for Meal Functions, Receptions, Advisory Boards:
Monday, October 22: All day available
Tuesday, October 23: After 8:30pm
Wednesday, October 24: After 8:00pm
Thursday, October 25: After 11:15am

Rental Fees:
Monday, October 22: $1,500
Tuesday, October 23: $2,500
Wednesday, October 24: $2,500
Thursday, October 25: $1,000

Note that all audio visual, and food and beverage expenses are the responsibility of the purchasing company.

Meeting Room Location Elsewhere in the Marriott
This meeting space may be located further from AMCP scheduled events and is based on the availability of the Marriott.

Internal company meetings may be hosted in conjunction with AMCP Nexus from 7:00am on Monday, October 22 through Thursday, October 25 at 11:00am. Meal functions, receptions and advisory boards may only be hosted outside of official AMCP scheduled events.

Permitted times for Meal Functions, Receptions, Advisory Boards:
Monday, October 22: All day available
Tuesday, October 23: After 8:30pm
Wednesday, October 24: After 8:00pm
Thursday, October 25: After 11:15am

Booking Fees:
Corporate Member: $750
Non-Corporate Members: $1,000
Note that the Marriott may charge an additional room rental fee in addition to the AMCP booking fee. All audio visual, and food and beverage expenses are the responsibility of the purchasing company.

Companies agree not to schedule or conduct any outside activity including, but not limited to, receptions, seminars, symposia, advisory boards, and hospitality suites that are in conflict with the official program of AMCP Nexus.  Education sessions offering accreditation are not permitted. Internal staff meetings may be scheduled at any time during Nexus; however, still require approval.
